Cancellation and Refund Policy for Scan4Health:

Cancellation Policy:
Scan4Health understands that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure smooth processing:

  1. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  2. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to cancellation charges.
  3. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy:
At Scan4Health, we strive to provide efficient services and uphold transparency in our refund process. Our refund policy is outlined below:

  1. Refunds for services will be issued in the following cases:
    • If the tests are not performed or cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date.
    • In cases where special biomolecules or radioactive molecules have been ordered for a patient and the tests are not performed or cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date, necessary deductions will be made before processing the refund.
  2. Refunds will be credited within 15 days via RTGS/NEFT/Cheque or the original payment gateway used for the transaction.
  3. Please note that our policy is non-refundable for the advance amount paid for PET Scan Tests.

PET-CT Refund Policy:
The PET-CT medicinal dose, such as FDG/DOTA/PSMA, are time-sensitive and may deteriorate if appointments are missed or delayed. Therefore, the following policy applies:

  • In the event of a same-day cancellation, no-show, or late-show, the amount paid for the PET-CT medicinal dose will be forfeited.
  • To avoid forfeiture of the PET-CT medicinal dose amount, please inform us at least one day prior to any impending cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Cancellation charges of Rs. 5000/- will be applicable in case of no-show, late-show, or cancellation after 8 pm the day prior to the scheduled PET Scan appointment.

Scan4Health reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation and refund policy without prior notice. We encourage our customers to review this policy periodically for any changes.
